Lobban, La Rosita NV

Pamela Geddes' journey is as unique as her wines. A Scottish native, who started in the whisky industry, before venturing into winemaking in Australia, where she fell in love with sparkling reds. After moving to Barcelona, she established Lobban Wines; a tiny, yet mighty, winery we absolutely love. La Rosita NV is a cracking traditional method sparkling wine made from a blend of Garnacha and Shiraz; some of the vines used in this wine are almost 100 years old. Notes of wild strawberry, rosehip and raspberry combine with a nougat note on the palate which makes for a deliciously elegant sparkling rosé. Definitely one to reach for as an aperitif to get the party started.
